ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Source, identify and engage potential candidates for various technical and non-technical roles using job boards, social media, LinkedIn, networking and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews (phone/video) to assess communication, skills, cultural fit and candidate motivation.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, track status and maintain communication.
Build and maintain a robust recruiting pipeline and talent database; proactively track talent for upcoming roles.
Draft job advertisements and post on job portals, social platforms and career pages; optimise job listings and branding.
Partner with hiring managers and HR team to understand role requirements, timelines, and support the full recruitment lifecycle.
Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or CRM; prepare weekly/monthly recruitment reports and metrics.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, provide feedback and update candidates timely.
