BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

We are looking for candidates having 5-8 years of experience working in an IT Company as BD/BDM generating leads and dealing with clients from US and European countries.

  • Candidates having working experience in the IT-Software/ Software Services/ blockchain industry will be given preference.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies.
  • Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs).
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase business efficiency.
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short-term and long-term business development plans.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
  • Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives.
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database of prospective client information.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, environment where you must take on multiple responsibilities and do what it takes to get things done.
  • Team management of your team, arranging external training where appropriate.

If your business development role is more sales orientated, you may also:
  • Create a sales pipeline.
  • Increase sales of the business.
  • Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management.
  • Develop the business sales and marketing strategy.

You’ll need to have:
