ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Blockchain Developer at Vegavid Technology, you will:
Design, develop and deploy decentralised applications (DApps), smart contracts, tokenisation solutions and other blockchain modules aligned with our product portfolio (DeFi, NFT marketplaces, RWA tokenisation).
Collaborate with architects and technical leads to define solution architecture, data flow, and chain/network selection (e.g., Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, others).
Write, test and debug smart contract code (e.g., Solidity, Vyper) ensuring high performance, security, auditability, and gas-optimisation.
Integrate blockchain components with front-end and back-end systems (web3 frameworks, wallets, exchanges, APIs).
Participate in the full software development lifecycle: requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, maintenance and documentation.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in blockchain development, security, and cryptographic protocols.
Monitor performance, troubleshoot blockchain environments (mainnet/testnet), respond to incidents and maintain uptime/resilience of deployed solutions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, AI/ML engineers and QA to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
Stay up to date with evolving blockchain ecosystems (layer-2 solutions, consensus mechanisms, token standards, DeFi protocols) and recommend innovations.
